In order for TrackIt! (University College’s new help desk ticket system) to function properly, you must use
Internet Explorer and a PC. TrackIt! will not work
on a Macintosh computer.
On first use, you will be prompted to install several ActiveX controls from Numara Software.
You must accept and install each one in order for the system to work.
